By signing up for Job-CoPilot, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you're using the product on behalf of a company, you confirm you have the authority to bind that company.
One account per person. You keep your password safe. You tell us if something looks off. We can suspend accounts involved in abuse, scraping, or fraud, but we'll email you first whenever that's possible.
The short version: don't be hostile to the product or the people on the other side of it.
Match scores, tailored CVs, cover letters and interview prep are generated by AI. They are drafts to be reviewed by you, not finished work. You're responsible for what you send to employers.
AI sometimes invents things. Read before you send.
During beta, all plans are free. When we begin charging, we'll email you one full month in advance. You can cancel any time, no phone call required. Refunds for unused months are issued on request within 14 days.
You own your CVs, cover letters, notes, and any content you put into the product. You own the generated outputs that derive from your inputs. We own the product itself — the interface, the ranking system, the trademarks.
We don't guarantee a job. We don't guarantee the accuracy of any generated output. Our total liability is capped at what you've paid us in the prior twelve months, or $100 — whichever is higher.
You can delete your account anytime from Account → Privacy. We'll delete your data within 30 days. We can end your access for repeated violations of the Acceptable Use section, with written notice.
